Returns & Exchanges Policy

At BrightTexts, every product is handcrafted with care, especially our personalized and custom-made items. Because each order is created specifically for you, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges for reasons such as change of mind, incorrect personalization submitted by the customer, or buyer’s remorse. We kindly request buyers to carefully review all customization details before placing their order.

However, your satisfaction is very important to us. If your order arrives damaged, defective, or not as described, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We ask that you provide clear photos of the product and packaging so we can quickly understand the issue. Once verified, we will gladly provide a replacement, partial refund, or full refund, depending on the situation.

We are not responsible for delays caused by the postal service, customs, or incorrect addresses provided at checkout. If a package is marked as delivered by the carrier but not received, please reach out to your local post office for further assistance. While we cannot offer refunds for missing packages marked as delivered, we will guide you on the next steps to help locate your parcel.

For international customers, any customs fees or import duties charged by your country are your responsibility. These fees cannot be refunded if you choose to return the item or refuse delivery.

If your package is returned to us due to an incorrect address or unclaimed delivery, we can resend the item, but additional shipping charges may apply.
