Yes! Most of our items can be personalized with names, dates, messages, coordinates, symbols, and more. Just follow the customization options on the product page.
How long does it take to process my order?
Most orders are crafted and shipped within 1–2 business days. Large or highly customized items may take slightly longer.
Can I request a custom design not listed on your shop?
Absolutely! We love custom ideas. Send us a message with your design vision, and we’ll be happy to create it for you.
What if there’s a mistake in my personalization?
If the error is on our side, we will replace the item at no cost. If the wrong information was provided in the order, please contact us — we’ll do our best to help.
What materials do you use?
We use high-quality materials such as premium wood, engraved metal plates, durable acrylics, and fade-resistant printing to ensure long-lasting results.
Do you accept returns or exchanges?
For personalized items, returns are limited unless there is an issue with the product. For non-personalized items, we do accept returns. Contact us for details.
