- Once you place your order, we aim to process and dispatch it within 1–3 business days (Mon–Fri, excluding holidays).
- Custom or personalized orders may take slightly longer — we’ll notify you of any delays when you place your order.

- We ship to customers worldwide.
- For UK deliveries, standard shipping typically takes 2–5 working days after dispatch.
- For international orders, delivery times vary depending on your country — usually 7–21 days, depending on customs and local postal services.
- Please note: delivery times are estimates and can be affected by external factors (customs, postal delays, etc.).
Shipping Costs
Shipping fees are calculated automatically at checkout based on your location and the size or weight of the items in your order. We aim to keep costs as affordable as possible, and multiple items may be combined to reduce overall shipping charges. Any applicable taxes, import duties, or customs fees for international deliveries are the responsibility of the buyer.
Returns & Exchanges (Delivery-related issues)
- If your package hasn’t arrived within a reasonable timeframe, or arrives damaged, please get in touch within 7 days of the estimated delivery date.
- We’ll work with you to either re-ship the order or issue a partial/full refund as appropriate.
Change of Address / Signature Delivery
- If you need to change your delivery address or add special delivery instructions, please contact us as soon as possible before dispatch.
- Once the item has shipped, we cannot guarantee address changes.
Delays & Issues
